We offer three facilitated programs and an ongoing coaching service. The programs are each designed around a single day in-person (or online) with your board and team or stakeholders. Every program includes pre-work to make sure the day is focused and productive, and a concise action plan delivered afterwards so you leave with something you can act on immediately.

Our standard format is a full day but we can tailor it and are flexible to meet your needs.

Our coaching service provides personalised, asynchronous support for changemakers who want ongoing guidance without the calendar juggling.

Program 1

Activate Your Strategy

You've got a strategic plan. Now what? Most organisations don't fail because of a bad strategy. They stall because they can't turn that strategy into a focused, workable plan for the next twelve months. This program brings your team together for a facilitated day to cut through the noise and agree on what matters most.

This is for you if: Your strategic plan is sitting in a drawer. Your leadership team agree the strategy is sound but can't agree on where to start. You're spending meetings going in circles instead of making progress.

Respond to Change

Build Sustainable Revenue Streams

You can't keep relying on the revenue model that got you here. Most purpose-driven organisations know they need to diversify their income but turning that awareness into action is where things stall. This program brings your team together to take a serious look at how you can build a sustainable revenue stream.

This is for you if: You rely heavily on a single income source or "diversify income streams" is in your strategic plan but you can't find the time and brainspace to work on it. There's an opportunity that hasn't been properly assessed. You want to move toward financial sustainability but aren't sure where to start.

How the facilitated programs work

Every program follows the same structure. No surprises.

Before the day

You complete a short intake questionnaire and we have a scoping call (30 to 45 minutes) with you or your key decision-makers. We review any relevant documents. This ensures Jodie comes in prepared and the day is productive from the first minute.

The day

A facilitated session, in person or online, with your leadership team, Board or stakeholders. Jodie leads the facilitation and Rob provides support. The agenda depends on which program you've chosen, but the approach is the same: structured, decision-focused and designed to get your team aligned and moving forward.

After the day

We produce a concise action plan (5 to 10 pages) that captures what was decided and what needs to happen next. We deliver it within five business days and walk you through it on a short follow-up call.

Coaching with Jodie and Rob

Personalised, asynchronous coaching for leaders in purpose-led organisations.

You're leading a purpose-driven organisation and the decisions keep coming. But not every challenge warrants a full facilitated engagement, and most of the time, what you really need is someone in your corner who understands your sector.

Coaching is delivered through Clarityflow. You send a message whenever you need help. Jodie and Rob respond with personalised feedback, ideas and honest perspectives, typically within one to two business days. No scheduled calls. No waiting weeks between sessions. Text, video or voice. Whatever suits you.
