Why we do this work

We've worked with hundreds of purpose-driven organisations across Australia and seen the same patterns again and again.

We bring facilitation, governance expertise and structured thinking to close that gap, delivered in a way that's practical and jargon-free.

What's behind the name?

After decades in the social impact sector, Jodie noticed that the people most committed to making a difference were often paying the highest personal cost.

  • Changemakers were burning out and accepting it as normal
  • Exhaustion had become the unspoken price of caring
  • Jodie experienced this herself and vowed to change it
  • Being a changemaker doesn't need to come at a personal cost

Making a difference should feel good, not just look good on paper. That conviction sits at the heart of everything we do.

Jodie Willmer

Jodie Willmer

Principal Consultant & Co-Founder

Jodie is an expert facilitator in strategic planning and governance, a former CEO of Travellers Aid Australia, a former board member of several not-for-profits. She is a trusted consultant to boards and leadership teams across the not-for-profit, social enterprise and purpose-driven business sectors.

She brings strategic thinking, practical experience in adapting to change and diversifying income streams, and the facilitation skill to navigate sensitive conversations with grace. Since 2014, she's guided and supported over 300 clients navigating uncharted waters.

Robert Nagy

Rob Nagy

Co-Founder

Rob brings structured thinking around commercial acumen, planning, scoping and turning decisions into workable action plans. His corporate background with organisations like IBM and GE, combined with over two decades helping businesses grow, means he understands what it takes to turn purpose into sustainable performance.

He's helped over 300 businesses with their planning, sales and marketing strategies. His approach is practical, jargon-free and designed for teams that need clarity, not complexity.
