Plenty of consultants will drive down the highway, deliver a day's workshop, and head back to Melbourne. That's not us. We live in East Gippsland. We've built our practice here, and we've worked alongside organisations across the region for years.

We moved to East Gippsland in 2018 with no local contacts and no clients. Within months, we'd built a thriving practice through genuine connection and word of mouth, becoming trusted advisors across the region's councils, not-for-profits and businesses.
Through the 2019/20 Black Summer bushfires and the COVID lockdowns that followed, we supported over 250 Gippsland business owners through mentoring programs with Business Victoria, Aerium and Monarch Institute. We also worked alongside community-led recovery committees in places like Mallacoota, Cann Valley and Swifts Creek.
Together we've helped over 600 businesses and organisations across Australia plan, deliver and grow. But Gippsland is home, and supporting the region we live in is work we take personally.
