Jodie & Robert founded Happy Changemakers to support business owners and leaders who wanted to create positive change, make a difference and leave their mark on the world.

Jodie Willmer

Founder & Director

For over 20 years Jodie has worked with changemakers in not-for-profits and social enterprises. In the last few years this has expanded to include for-profit businesses with a purpose, including an increasing number of small businesses who want to create positive change.

Robert Nagy

Founder & Director

Commencing his career in the corporate world, working for the likes of IBM and GE in the 1990’s, Robert shifted gears when he started his own business in 2002. Since then, Robert has helped over 250 small businesses increase their sales and become more profitable.
